Our 8′ Proseries stringer is a streamline version of our original 12′ stringer with a smaller float meaning less bulk when packing and carrying the stringer. It is a great option for kayakers as this will not tangle in most rudders and drafts better behind the kayaks. The smaller float will still stay connected like our original stringer but is less noticeable if you’re worried about potlickers, and pulls easier in the kayak when you string a fish. (Note the small float will not support the weight of the stringer)

This string is awesome. Allowed the fish I had on it to swim down into towards the bottom and stay alive longer. Also how you can adjust the length without cutting the line is a great help.

Talk about Quality ! I broke down and brought one, not that I needed one even after 15+ years I have been using the one Jason gave me when he first started fishing the coast. I started thinking ?? Used it for the first time on 7/2 and works great. Fish slide on and off so much easier than a traditional rope stringer. I have no comparison but the price seems a bit high for 8ft of plastic coated cable. I wasn’t forced to pay that price, it was my choice.

I truly like the stringer my only complaint is it’s hard to carry it when it’s full of fish so I carry a 5 gallon bucket with me everytime. Favorite thing about it besides the float is how easy the fish slide off the stringer.

I love these stringers. Unfortunately, I wasn’t paying attention on my last fishing trip, and I didn’t have my stringer secured while wade fishing and it floated away before I noticed it was gone. Fortunately, no fish were on it at the time. I like this length of stringer, but it comes with the smaller float. I prefer the larger float, so I just ordered an extra larger float and put the smaller float on my forceps since I have lost one or two when they weren’t properly secured.
